Shipping

General
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.  

The standard Shipping time of most packages is ( 5 to 7 Days for perfumes) , and 10- 25 working days for Accessories depending on the availability .

The transit time depends on the country of destination, port acceptance and customs clearance. 
Our Team will advise you for these details before we dispatch your order.

Shipping Costs
Most accessories are free of shipping fees except perfumes . if applicable Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Free shipped items will be delivered to your local post office , Make sure to type your address and P.O Box number correctly to be able to receive your items. we will not be responsible of typing wrong addresses or P.O Box numbers.

Return Shipping
Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Delivery Terms
Under no circumstances may AYK be held liable for a delay in shipping.
In the case that goods are not delivered by AYK and in the event of any damage during the shipping process, AYK will not be held responsible and it is up to the intended recipient (addressee) to deal directly with the shipper.
